Due process is the territory of the courts and more specifically the judges that sit on those court benches, and the courts and judges in America have lost all sense of who and what they serve. Today's elitist judiciary in America really does harbor a secret contempt for the concept of government "...of the people, by the people and for the people.” They covered it for years but now that contempt is now out in the open since Comrade Obama and his "fundamental transformation" of the Democratic party to communism.
PROVE ME WRONG: You can see it at work every day as activist judges, most of them Obama or Biden-appointees, do their best to gavel down and subvert the second Trump presidency and the will of the American people. They have failed to uphold the US Constitution and the criminal laws by allowing criminals to walk free. The evidence is clear when it comes to immigration laws. Exhibit A: the "Maryland man"; Kilmar Abrego Garcia. What a joke they are making of due process.
These courts are deliberately sapping the Trump administration of its Executive powers and the voters of their confidence in the man who promised the largest mass deportation operation in American history. There is no due process anymore. America is now a magistracy- a 'means" by black robed judges for their own Machiavellian "ends". It's time to rebalance America's constitutional power and let those self-righteous black robes know that there will never be a imperial judiciary in America.
