Ohio's Troubling Partnership with the ATF: A Threat to Gun Rights and Personal Freedoms
September 19th, 2023:
In a move that has raised eyebrows and concerns among gun rights advocates, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced the creation of the Central Ohio Crime Gun Intelligence Center (CGCIC). This new initiative, a collaboration between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, aims to track guns used in violent crimes. While the program may seem like a well-intentioned effort to curb gun violence, its implications for law-abiding gun owners are deeply troubling.
Governor DeWine and ATF Special Agent in Charge McCormick were effusive in their praise for the new center. "This is an intensely collaborative effort," said DeWine. "They're sharing intelligence, leads, and evidence analysis all in real time to identify shooters." McCormick added, "Creating regional crime gun intelligence centers across the nation is a top priority for the ATF and the Department of Justice."
The CGCIC will utilize the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) to compare bullet casings from crime scenes and identify links between shootings. The state highway patrol is committing two NIBIN machines to the CGCIC, and Columbus is contributing $5 million to the initiative. "NIBIN technology is truly remarkable," McCormick stated.
The Real Concern: Tracking Legal Gun Owners
While the initiative may sound like a noble endeavor, it's essential to delve into the details. McCormick specifically mentioned the issue of "straw purchasing," where someone legally buys a gun but then gives or sells it illegally to someone who uses it to commit a crime. "This gets down to straw purchasing, and it's very, what I think is a significant problem here," he said.
This focus on straw purchasing is a thinly veiled attempt to track legal gun owners. The ATF already maintains a database of over 920 million firearm purchase records, and this new initiative will only expand that database further. Critics argue that this risks creating an illegal gun registry, a concern echoed by groups like Gun Owners of America.
The ATF is pushing for federal firearms licensees (FFLs) to store these records digitally long-term and submit them, allowing for further expansion of the database. While the database is intended to help trace guns used in crimes, it does not include private sales or home-built firearms. However, gun rights advocates view this as a significant threat and urge opposition to universal background checks and other measures that could expand government records on gun owners.
It's worth noting that this initiative comes on the heels of Columbus Mayor's failed gun control legislation. The CGCIC seems like a backdoor approach to implement what couldn't be achieved through democratic means, thereby undermining the rights of Ohioans.
The partnership between Ohio and the ATF is not just a local issue but a harbinger of what could become a nationwide trend. While the goal of reducing gun violence is commendable, the means to achieve it should not infringe upon the rights of law-abiding citizens. This joint task force, led by an ATF special agent and funded by taxpayer money, restricts more than just crime—it restricts the freedoms that Ohioans hold dear. It's a slippery slope from tracking illegal firearms to monitoring legal gun owners, and it's a slope Ohioans would do well to avoid.

JD Vance Addresses the UAW Strike
September 19th, 2023:
Senator JD Vance weighed in on the ongoing United Auto Workers (UAW) strike, framing it as a pivotal moment for the labor movement against President Biden's push for electric vehicles (EVs). Vance argues that the transition to EVs threatens autoworker wages and jobs, largely because of China's dominance in the EV supply chain. He cites Ford's financial losses on EVs and the downsizing of the Lordstown plant as cautionary tales. "Make no mistake: that is what the future holds if Joe Biden’s EV folly is allowed to continue," Vance warns.
While Vance's perspective is compelling, it's worth considering that the UAW strike may be less about electric vehicles and more about union power. Vance urges the UAW to use the strike as leverage to force Biden away from his EV agenda, which he sees as disastrous for the U.S. auto industry. "Rather than relenting to the Biden administration’s unjust transition to EVs, the UAW should use their leverage and force the President to stop subsidizing an industry that benefits Communist China more than it does American workers," Vance states.
However, the reality is that Biden is a union man through and through. The unions have been among his most steadfast supporters, and it's unlikely that he would easily turn his back on them. The UAW strike comes at a time when unions are looking to assert their influence, and what better way to do that than by putting pressure on a President who owes them a political debt?
Moreover, the UAW's strike isn't just about wages or job security; it's also about demonstrating the union's power and relevance in a rapidly changing industry. The strike serves as a platform for the UAW to show that they still have the muscle to bend political will in their favor. And given Biden's pro-union stance, it's likely that they will succeed in exerting that influence.
While Vance portrays the UAW strike as a way to counter Biden's EV policies, which he argues will outsource jobs and reduce worker leverage, the strike may actually be more about the union flexing its muscles. The UAW sees this as an opportunity to pressure Biden, and given the President's history of union support, it's likely they will get what they want. The focus on EVs, then, might just be a convenient narrative rather than the crux of the issue.

→UAW President Dismisses Trump's Planned Visit Amid Strike: As the United Auto Workers (UAW) strike continues to impact automakers and even U.S. Steel, UAW President Shawn Fain made it clear that the union's fight isn't about political figures. Despite former President Donald Trump's plans to meet with striking autoworkers in Detroit, Fain dismissed the visit, stating, "Every fiber of our union is being poured into fighting the billionaire class... We can’t keep electing billionaires and millionaires that don’t have any understanding of what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck and expecting them to solve the problems of the working class." Seems like the UAW has its priorities set, and meeting with Trump isn't one of them.
→Sen. J.D. Vance Takes Aim at Chinese Influence in U.S. Universities: In a move that could shake up American higher education, Sen. Vance has introduced the Safeguarding American Education from Foreign Control Act. The bill aims to tighten regulations on foreign donations, lowering the reporting threshold from $250,000 to any value and requiring the Department of Education to share such reports with national security agencies. Given recent revelations about Chinese donations to institutions like the University of Pennsylvania and UC Berkeley, one has to wonder: What's the real cost of foreign money in our universities?

Ohio Police Officer Suggests Jailing 11-Year-Old Victim of Online Predator
September 20th, 2023:
In a shocking video that recently surfaced, an Ohio police officer is seen questioning the father of an 11-year-old girl who had been targeted by an online predator. The girl had been manipulated into sending inappropriate photos of herself. However, instead of focusing on the criminal who had exploited the child, the officer astonishingly suggests that the young girl could be jailed for child pornography.
This incident is a glaring example of the misdirection some law enforcement agencies can take, prioritizing legal technicalities over the well-being and protection of a vulnerable child. The officer's suggestion is not only insensitive but also a gross misinterpretation of the law, which is designed to protect victims, not criminalize them.
The video has sparked outrage among citizens and advocacy groups alike, calling for immediate action against the officer involved. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also perpetuates a harmful narrative that could discourage other victims from coming forward.
The focus should be on apprehending the predator who manipulated the child, not on punishing the victim. This incident serves as a stark reminder that law enforcement training must include a nuanced understanding of victimology and the laws designed to protect the vulnerable. Anything less is a disservice to the public and a stain on the reputation of law enforcement agencies everywhere.
The officer in question should be held accountable for her actions, and many are calling for her immediate termination. It's a clear-cut case where the lack of judgment displayed could have long-lasting repercussions on the life of an innocent child. Such behavior is unacceptable and should never be tolerated in those entrusted with upholding the law and protecting our communities.

Biden's Tardy Executive Order on East Palestine Train Derailment: A Hollow Gesture?
September 21st, 2023:
Seven months after the devastating train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, President Biden has finally issued an executive order aimed at overseeing the long-term recovery efforts in the area. The timing is laughable, to say the least. According to a recent PBS interview with Alan Shaw, CEO of Norfolk Southern, the company responsible for the train, the most intense phase of the cleanup is set to conclude next month. So why issue an executive order now?
Biden's executive order appoints a Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator and outlines various roles for FEMA, the EPA, and the Department of Transportation. It's a comprehensive plan, but it's also seven months late. During this time, Norfolk Southern has been actively addressing the concerns of East Palestine residents, from water testing to property evaluation and long-term healthcare. They've even consulted nuclear navy experts and announced a 6-point safety plan.
The President had promised to visit East Palestine but never made the trip. Now, he's trying to take credit for a cleanup operation that is nearly complete, and for which he provided no federal assistance. Shaw's interview makes no mention of any help from the Biden administration. The only government entities involved have been the EPA and the NTSB, both of which are conducting oversight and investigations, not aiding in the cleanup.
The executive order seems like a desperate attempt to appear involved in a situation that has almost resolved itself without any federal intervention. It's a slap in the face to the residents of East Palestine, who have been dealing with the aftermath of the derailment without any help from Biden's administration. It's also an affront to Norfolk Southern, which has been shouldering the responsibility of the cleanup and making genuine efforts to improve rail safety.
Biden's executive order on the East Palestine train derailment comes off as a hollow gesture, an attempt to rewrite the narrative and insert himself into a story where he has been notably absent. It's a classic case of too little, too late, and it does nothing to help the people of East Palestine or hold Norfolk Southern accountable—something they've been doing themselves for the past seven months.

The Rise of Progresstianity: The New Religion That Finally Admits What It Is
September 18, 2023:
For years, the secular left has vehemently claimed to be anti-religion, dismissing Christianity and other faiths as relics of a bygone era. But a recent trend suggests a seismic shift in this narrative. The Cathedral of Hope in Dallas, a congregation of the United Church of Christ, is openly embracing what many conservatives have suspected for years: progressivism is a religion unto itself.
The Cathedral of Hope proudly proclaims itself as an "Open and Affirming" congregation, extending an "extravagant welcome" to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals. They even go so far as to host "Drag Sundays," a spectacle that would be unimaginable in any traditional Christian setting.
While the Cathedral of Hope's actions are deeply troubling to anyone who holds traditional Christian beliefs, they do serve one important function: they finally admit what the secular left has been denying for years—that they are, in fact, practicing a religion. The Cathedral of Hope's website states, "As Christians, we profess that we are created in the image of God. In this image, we make a lifelong journey toward deeper faith, faithfulness, and wholeness." This is a clear acknowledgment that their beliefs are not just political or social views but are part of a "lifelong journey toward deeper faith."
What we are witnessing is the rise of a new religion, one that borrows heavily from Christian symbolism and ritual but twists them to fit a progressive agenda. This religion has its own churches, its own doctrines, and its own form of worship. And like any religion, it seeks to spread its beliefs and gain converts, often at the expense of traditional Christian teachings.
The irony here is palpable. For years, progressives have accused Christians of being intolerant and outdated, all while crafting their own religious framework. They have moved from denying the religious nature of their beliefs to openly practicing them, complete with congregations, creeds, and even a form of Sunday worship.
Another church, separate from the Cathedral of Hope, has even gone so far as to distort the Nicene Creed, a cornerstone of Catholic doctrine. They have replaced it with what they call "The Sparkle Creed," which asserts that God is non-binary. This is not just a departure from Christian orthodoxy; it's a complete inversion, a heretical reinterpretation of sacred text.
While the actions of these congregations are deeply concerning for traditional Christians, there is a silver lining. The mask has finally slipped. The radical gender movement and the secular left are showing their true colors, and in doing so, they have confirmed what many have suspected all along: progressivism is not just a political viewpoint; it's a religion, complete with its own set of dogmas and rituals.
While the rise of this new religion is alarming, its open admission is a step toward honest dialogue. No longer can the secular left claim to be free from the 'constraints' of religious belief. They have their faith, and now, they finally admit it.

→Millions March in Canada Against Radical Gender Ideology: In a sweeping display of conservative activism, Canadians have mobilized for the "1 Million March for Children," protesting "gender ideology" in schools. While Prime Minister Trudeau condemns the movement, protesters insist they're advocating for the innocence of children and family-centric discussions on complex issues. The movement mirrors U.S. debates on parental rights, signaling a cross-border tension that shows no signs of abating.

Our Culture Rewards Immorality
September 19th, 2023:
In a move that epitomizes the moral decay of our culture, Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who falsely accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault during his Supreme Court confirmation hearings, has been rewarded with a book deal. The memoir, titled "One Way Back," has been advertised for free across mainstream media outlets, further highlighting the skewed priorities of a society that rewards dishonesty and defamation.
Ford's allegations against Kavanaugh were a pivotal moment in the 2018 confirmation hearings. She claimed that Kavanaugh pinned her down and attempted to remove her clothes at a party in the early 1980s when they were both teenagers. Despite the lack of corroborative evidence and the dubious nature of her testimony, Ford's accusations temporarily cast a shadow over Kavanaugh's confirmation.
The book promises to offer new details about the lead-up to Ford's testimony and its aftermath, including the death threats she received that forced her to leave her home. While Ford claims to have faced challenges following her testimony, it's important to remember that her actions had severe consequences for Kavanaugh and his family, who were subjected to intense public scrutiny and character assassination.
The memoir aims to inspire others to "speak out and do what's right," even if they don't see themselves as activists. But what message does this send? That it's acceptable to make uncorroborated allegations for political or personal gain? That truth is secondary to narrative? This book deal is not just a personal triumph for Ford; it's a public testament to the skewed values that are becoming increasingly prevalent in our society.
In a culture that should value integrity and truth, it's disheartening to see Ford being rewarded for her role in a highly divisive and questionable episode of American history. This book deal is not just an individual milestone; it's a glaring indicator of a culture that has lost its moral compass, willing to reward immorality if it aligns with a particular ideological agenda.

→NYC Rewards BLM rioters with cash: In a settlement that raises questions about the values our society upholds, New York City has agreed to pay over $13 million to demonstrators involved in the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests. The lawsuit accused the NYPD of violating the civil rights of peaceful protestors, who were allegedly subjected to force "without lawful justification." While the city did not admit fault, the hefty settlement amount speaks to the tension between authority and individual liberties, a topic that continues to divide the nation.

The State Practice of Religious Persecution
September 18th, 2023:
In a disturbing trend that raises questions about religious freedom in America, elderly Christians are facing severe legal consequences for protesting against abortion clinics, actions they believe are mandated by their faith. The latest incident involves three defendants, all over the age of 70, who were convicted of federal civil rights offenses related actions at a reproductive health clinic in Washington D.C. in October 2020. These individuals now face up to 11 years in prison and $350,000 in fines each, a punishment that could effectively mean life imprisonment given their age.
The defendants were convicted under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, a law that many argue is unconstitutional and infringes upon the First Amendment rights of protesters. The FACE Act makes it a federal crime to use force, threat of force, or physical obstruction to intentionally injure, intimidate, or interfere with anyone providing or obtaining reproductive health services. In this case, the defendants were accused of conspiring to blockade clinic doors to prevent it from providing such services. Two traveled to D.C. to participate, while the third livestreamed it.
This case follows the conviction of five co-conspirators in August 2023 for the same incident, bringing the total number of people convicted for this single event to nine. The severity of the charges and the potential sentences raise concerns about the state's willingness to criminalize religious expression and peaceful protest.
In another incident, 10 pro-life advocates participated in a "Red Rose Rescue" at an abortion facility in Michigan. This peaceful outreach involved entering the facility to give women roses and messages encouraging them to choose life. Four advocates entered the waiting room to speak with patients and believe they may have convinced one woman to leave the clinic. However, when staff noticed them, they called the police, and security guards forcibly removed the pro-lifers. Six advocates, including a Catholic priest, were arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest. While in jail, they prayed with other inmates and offered information on abortion healing programs.
The aggressive actions taken against these advocates, who were committed to peaceful outreach, further illustrate the state's increasing hostility toward Christian activism. The question that looms large is whether the state is using laws like the FACE Act to suppress religious freedom and criminalize moral dissent. As these cases continue to unfold, it's crucial to consider the implications for religious liberty in America. Is the state now in the business of religious persecution? Given the severity of the penalties these elderly Christians face, it's a question that deserves serious reflection and could very well end up in the Supreme Court.

Biden's American Climate Corps: A Misguided Attempt to Revive a Failed Policy
September 20th, 2023:
President Biden's recent executive action to create an American Climate Corps is a glaring example of government overreach and a misguided attempt to revisit failed policies of the past. Modeled after FDR's New Deal Civilian Conservation Corps, a policy that extended the Great Depression by a decade, Biden's Climate Corps aims to employ over 20,000 young people in conservation and climate resilience jobs. While the administration touts this as progress toward a Green New Deal, it's essential to scrutinize the implications of such a program, especially in the current economic climate.
Firstly, the idea of modeling the Climate Corps on FDR's New Deal is deeply flawed. Contrary to popular belief, the New Deal did not pull America out of the Depression; it was World War II. The New Deal's government intervention in the economy extended the Depression by nearly a decade. Why, then, are we revisiting a failed policy under the guise of climate action?
The jobs proposed under the Climate Corps—planting trees, installing solar panels, restoring wetlands, and preventing wildfires—are largely dependent on government subsidies. These green energy projects are still unpopular across America and will likely fail once the government funding dries up. The White House has yet to provide cost estimates or funding details for the program, raising questions about its long-term viability.
Tone-Deaf Amid Economic Struggles
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell criticized the program as a "taxpayer-funded pipeline" for climate activists and bureaucrats. His critique is spot-on, especially considering the current economic challenges facing the American public. With inflation soaring due to the Biden administration's policies, including the misnamed "Inflation Reduction Act," which was essentially a green energy bill, the last thing Americans need is another wasteful government program.
Republicans have rightly pointed out that the Climate Corps could displace other workers, particularly in sectors that are already struggling. McConnell argues that the program is unnecessary make-work when there are already jobs available. It's a valid point: why create artificial jobs when there are real jobs that need filling?
Equity and Environmental Justice: Just Buzzwords?
The administration claims that the initiative focuses on equity and environmental justice, prioritizing disadvantaged communities. However, these buzzwords do little to address the core issues. If the program is as flawed as it appears, then it will not serve these communities in any meaningful way.
The American Climate Corps is a misguided attempt to tackle climate change by reviving a failed policy from the past. It's a program that seems destined to fail, relying on jobs that exist only because of government subsidies and ignoring the real economic challenges facing Americans today. As we grapple with the consequences of the Biden administration's inflationary policies, the last thing we need is another ill-conceived government program.

The Upcoming Government Shutdown—A Political Stunt in the Making
September 21, 2023:
As the clock ticks down to a potential government shutdown on October 1, the rhetoric from both sides of the aisle is heating up. The Democrat House Oversight Committee recently issued a statement saying, “In 9 days, if the GOP continues to refuse to honor the budget agreement we made in May, MAGA chaos will shut down the U.S. government—something no foreign enemy has ever succeeded in doing. Look where their malice and idiocy have brought us.”
This statement is more of a political stunt than the shutdown itself. Let's not forget that the U.S. has experienced 20 government shutdowns since 1976, and none have had a seriously negative impact on the country. Essential services are required to stay open, and shutdowns are usually resolved quickly.
The Democrats' claim that a shutdown would be an unprecedented disaster is simply not supported by history. The first six shutdowns from 1976-1977 did not even affect government functioning. Shutdowns have occurred for various reasons, from disputes over budget levels to social spending and even abortion funding. The longest shutdown before 2018-2019 lasted 21 days due to a fight between Clinton and Congress on whether to use CBO or OMB forecasts to assess deficit impacts.
The timing of the Democrats' statement is also suspect. House Republicans have announced their first impeachment hearing against President Biden on September 28, just days before the potential shutdown. The White House argues that Republicans are using the impeachment probe as a distraction from the shutdown. However, it's worth noting that the Democrats have used similar tactics in the past.
Republicans are demanding spending cuts, which is preventing an agreement on a funding bill so far. Some Republican lawmakers still oppose a short-term funding deal to avert a shutdown. The White House has even started preparing agencies for a potential shutdown, indicating that they are taking the Republicans' demands seriously.
While a government shutdown is not ideal, it's also not the end of the world. It's a political tool that has been used by both parties in the past to force concessions. House Republicans should stand firm and ignore the Biden administration's attempts to strong-arm them. Let Biden complain all he wants; the Democrats have done the same in the past, and this will be no different. Despite the absolutely outrageous claims from the Democrats, a government shutdown is a common political play, not a national crisis.

AG Merrick Garland Grilled Over Inconsistencies in Hunter Biden Investigation
September 20th, 2023:
Attorney General Merrick Garland found himself in the hot seat during a recent House Oversight Committee hearing, facing pointed questions about the ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden. The exchange revealed glaring inconsistencies that raise questions about the integrity of the investigation.
According to an IRS whistleblower, a meeting took place in October of 2022 where Mr. Weiss, the special investigator, stated that he was not the deciding official on whether charges would be filed against Hunter Biden. This directly contradicts Garland's testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in March of this year, where he stated that Weiss had "full authority" over the matter. Weiss himself confirmed this in a letter in June, stating he had been granted "full authority over this matter."
However, Weiss seemed to backtrack on June 30th, stating that his "charging authority is geographically limited to [his] home district in Delaware." This sudden change in narrative prompted the committee to ask, "So why the heck has his story changed so many times over the course of these investigations?"
Further complicating matters, the committee pointed out that if Weiss was denied the ability to bring charges in March of 2022 in the District of Columbia, and again in January of 2023 in the Central District of California, then he clearly does not have "full authority" as previously claimed.
The inconsistencies don't end there. While Weiss's story has changed multiple times, the accounts of other key figures have remained consistent. Mr. Shackley and Mr. Ziegler, for instance, have maintained their stance, corroborated by emails, that Weiss is not the deciding authority on whether charges are filed against Hunter Biden.
These inconsistencies are troubling and suggest that Garland has been slow-walking the investigation. The whistleblower statements confirm this, and Garland's inability to explain these inconsistencies during the hearing only adds fuel to the fire.
The fluctuating narrative surrounding Weiss's authority raises serious questions about the credibility of the ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden. It also casts a shadow over Garland's role in overseeing this high-profile case. The American public deserves a transparent and consistent investigation, and the recent House Oversight Committee hearing has shown that they are not getting one.

January 6th: A Deep State Operation? Unveiling the FBI's Involvement
September 20th, 2023:
As more information emerges about the events of January 6th, 2021, the narrative surrounding that day continues to unravel, raising serious questions about the role of federal law enforcement agencies and the fairness of the judicial process. The latest revelations suggest a troubling level of FBI involvement.
According to investigations by Julie Kelly, at least eight FBI informants were involved with the Proud Boys in the months leading up to January 6th. One such informant, Michael Alan Jones, a convicted felon, was present during key moments of the Capitol breach. Despite his actions, Jones remains uncharged, fueling speculation that he was acting as a federal asset. This is particularly concerning given that four of the five Proud Boys charged with seditious conspiracy were convicted and now face decades in prison.
Steven D’Antuono, formerly in charge of the FBI’s Washington field office, testified that his office was aware that some informants would attend the "Stop the Steal" rally. However, the FBI had so many informants present that they lost track and had to conduct an audit to determine the exact number. This raises the question: with so many informants in the crowd, why was the security response so delayed, as pointed out by former Capitol Hill Police Chief Steven Sund in his interview with Tucker Carlson?
Adding another layer of complexity is the recent charge against Ray Epps, a participant in the January 6th events. Epps has been charged with a single misdemeanor count, a slap on the wrist compared to other defendants who have received sentences upward of 20 years. Video evidence shows Epps urging people to enter the capitol building, yet he faces a far lighter charge, suggesting selective prosecution.
Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan has described the situation as "extremely concerning," indicating that the FBI lost control of its informants at the Capitol. With the FBI spending an average of $42 million each year on its Confidential Human Sources, the vetting process for these informants also comes into question.
The more the public learns about the January 6th incident, the more it appears to be a planned event by federal law enforcement to incite the media and charge political activists. This is a travesty of justice. The individuals involved in this scheme should be the ones facing legal repercussions, not the protestors who are being rounded up like cattle by the thousands.
→Journalist Convicted for Covering January 6th: In a concerning development for press freedom, independent journalist Stephen Horn has been convicted on four misdemeanor charges related to his coverage of the January 6th events. The rapid guilty verdict, reached in just an hour, raises questions about the fairness of the trial and the Department of Justice's selective prosecution. Horn, whose work has been cited across the political spectrum, now faces sentencing in January.

The Shameful Negligence of Biden Administration: RFK Jr.'s Close Call
September 17th, 2023:
In a shocking incident that could have ended in tragedy, a man impersonating a U.S. marshal was detained at a campaign event for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The man, Adrian Paul Aispuro, was armed with loaded pistols and spare ammunition. He even identified himself as a member of Kennedy's security detail. Thankfully, alert security guards from Gavin de Becker and Associates acted swiftly to detain Aispuro until the LAPD arrived. He remains in custody with bail set at $35,000.
This incident is a grim reminder of the vulnerability of political figures, especially those from the Kennedy family, who have a tragic history of assassinations. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy and the son of Robert F. Kennedy—both of whom were assassinated. The event occurred less than two miles away from The Ambassador Hotel, where Kennedy's father was killed in 1968.
What makes this incident even more appalling is that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been denied Secret Service protection by the Biden administration. This makes him the first presidential candidate in history to be denied such protection. Kennedy, who has been polling at 20% for months, has been requesting Secret Service protection for an equally long period. The Secret Service's own website states that major candidates and their spouses are protected within 120 days of a general presidential election. The decision to determine who is a "major" candidate is made by the Secretary of Homeland Security in consultation with an advisory committee.
Kennedy's campaign manager, Dennis Kucinich, rightly calls the decision "shocking and repugnant," asserting that it's a political decision and that President Biden must have been consulted. The Secret Service has not commented on the matter, but it's worth noting that former President Barack Obama received Secret Service protection unusually early in his campaign, in May 2007. Even former GOP candidate Ron Paul, who rejected such protection in 2012, calling it a "form of welfare," had the option to accept it.
The Biden administration's refusal to provide Secret Service protection to Kennedy is not just a dereliction of duty; it's a gamble with a man's life. It's a gamble with our democratic processes. It's a gamble that could result in yet another Kennedy being assassinated. This is not just expensive in terms of potential human life; it's costly in terms of the integrity of our democratic institutions.
The Biden administration needs to rectify this immediately. The denial of Secret Service protection to a major presidential candidate, especially one from a family with a tragic history, is not just irresponsible—it's shameful.

Welcome Back Senator Fetterman?
September 19th, 2023:
The U.S. Senate, that venerable institution of American governance, has decided to relax its dress code. Why, you ask? To accommodate Pennsylvania's Senator John Fetterman, who has recently been spotted wandering the halls of Congress in his pajamas. Yes, you read that right. The Senate has decided to cater to what appears to be a grown child who can't figure out how to put on a suit.
Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced the change, essentially giving senators the freedom to choose their attire. This move has been criticized by some Republicans, who argue that it diminishes the formality and dignity of the Senate. But let's be honest, they're probably just amused by the opportunity to polish Fetterman's lack of hair like he's their little brother as he slouches around the Senate floor.
But the Senator's childlike antics aren't limited to his wardrobe choices. Oh no, he recently addressed the UAW strike with a statement that would make Shakespeare roll over in his grave. Fetterman eloquently stated:
"My message to the, the CEOs, CEOs is, you know, it's $74 million, you know, collectively earning that, you know, how many yachts can they need, you know, to, to yacht, to water, uh, ski behind it, you know, I mean, it's, it's crazy. You know, I don't, my message."
Ah, the wisdom! The clarity! The... utter confusion? One has to wonder how many Happy Meals Fetterman consumed to fuel such a poetic diatribe.
So, welcome back, Senator Fetterman. The Senate floor may have lost a bit of its dignity, but it has certainly gained a character. And as for the rest of us, we can only watch in bemusement as the Senate turns into what seems like a glorified daycare center.
→Susan Collins Makes Terrifying Threat: In response to the dress code Collins threatened to wear a bikini to the Senate floor, Democrats online were so rattled that the hashtag "Stand Down Democrats" began trending. While Collins quickly retracted her statement, the mere thought of it sent shockwaves through social media. One can only imagine the C-SPAN ratings.

Predictably, Project Veritas Shuts It’s Doors
September 21st, 2023:
The collapse of Project Veritas serves as a stark reminder of the crucial role leadership plays in the success of an organization. Seven months after the board of directors ousted founder James O'Keefe over allegations of financial misdeeds, the company has suspended all operations. Donations, which were the lifeblood of the organization, dried up almost immediately after O'Keefe's departure. Despite the board's assurances that the organization could continue without him, the reality has proven otherwise.
The downfall of Project Veritas underscores the sentiment that "James O'Keefe IS Project Veritas," a notion that trended on social media as supporters and donors alike balked at the idea that the organization could survive without its founding visionary. The board's decision to remove O'Keefe now appears not only misguided but also disastrous, leading many to question the competence of those who thought the organization could thrive without the man who was its very essence.

Our Wokey Dokey Military: Where Diversity Trumps Defense
September 18th, 2023:
Ah, the U.S. military, once the epitome of strength, discipline, and unity. But hold onto your combat boots, folks, because it's 2023, and the military has a new mission: wokeness. That's right, forget about warfighting capabilities or national security; our armed forces are now preoccupied with diversity, equity, and inclusion. And let's not forget about the environment!
Our military leaders, in their infinite wisdom, have decided that the biggest threat to our national security isn't China, Russia, or even terrorism. No, it's the lack of "woke" policies. You know, the ones that undermine military readiness by affecting cohesiveness, leadership authority, and resource allocation. Because who needs a unified, well-trained military when you can have a diverse one?
Take, for instance, the Marine Corps study on gender-integrated combat formations. It was rejected faster than you can say "toxic masculinity" because it didn't align with the political agenda. Now, all combat jobs are open to women, and fitness standards have been lowered to make sure everyone gets a participation trophy. After all, we wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings in a war zone, would we?
And let's not forget about Dr. Rachel Levine, the first transgender four-star officer in U.S. history. Appointed by President Joe Biden, she's already the highest-ranking openly transgender official in the U.S. Now, we’re all for breaking glass ceilings, but when did the military become a social experiment? The military's primary function is to kill enemies and protect the country, not to be a petri dish for progressive ideologies.
The best part? Our adversaries are probably laughing so hard they can't even aim their weapons straight. While we're busy teaching critical race theory at West Point, China is advancing its hypersonic weapons. While we're debating the correct use of personal pronouns, Russia is modernizing its military. And while we're allocating billions for climate change initiatives, terrorist organizations are plotting their next moves.
The result? A significant drop in military recruitment. It turns out young Americans aren't too keen on joining an institution that prioritizes wokeness over warfare. Who would've thought?
So, here we are, with a military more concerned about being politically correct than being combat-ready. And if this trend continues, public support for our armed forces will evaporate faster than you can say "microaggression," with potentially dire consequences for our national security.
In the end, it's simple: a military should be judged by its ability to defend a nation, not by how diverse or woke it is. But hey, what do we know? We’re just concerned citizens who miss the days when our military was more focused on dropping bombs than dropping buzzwords.
→Dude, where’s your jet? In a staggering display of incompetence, the U.S. Military has somehow "misplaced" an $80 million F-35 fighter jet. After the pilot ejected, the plane decided to take a joyride on autopilot. But wait, there's more! The Military, in a move that can only be described as comical, asked the public for help in locating it. Ah, yes, let me just dial up U.S. Central Command's Lost and Found hotline. "Hello? Yes, I'm in Nebraska, and your wayward jet just buzzed my cornfield about 20 minutes ago." Clearly, soliciting civilian tips is the next logical step in advanced military recovery operations. However, amazingly enough, an X user soon reported the location of the missing jet.

Biden's Green Energy Folly: A Collision Course with Economic Reality
September 19th, 2023:
As oil prices continue to soar, reaching their highest levels of the year, the Biden administration's green energy policies are steering the American economy toward a perilous cliff. With Brent crude futures trading at $93.46 a barrel and U.S. West Texas Intermediate futures at $90.09, the administration's focus on green energy at the expense of traditional energy sources is setting the stage for an economic disaster.
The Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR), designed as a safety net for times of energy crisis, are at their lowest levels since 1983. Last week, the U.S. added a mere 600,000 barrels to the SPR, leaving it 269,400,000 barrels away from being replenished. With reserves running so low, the administration may have to consider refilling them at prices 30% above the target price zone. This is a what we’ve come to expect from the Bidenomics team.
While the Biden administration has been busy canceling drilling projects in Alaska and pushing for green energy projects, oil prices have surged. Analysts at Bank of America predict that oil prices could rally above $100 per barrel if OPEC+ maintains its ongoing supply cuts. The International Energy Agency (IEA) warns of a "substantial market deficit" in the fourth quarter due to production constraints by Saudi Arabia and Russia.
The administration's green energy policies, although well-intentioned, are based on a flawed understanding of economic realities. Green energy projects are still largely unpopular across America and are heavily reliant on government subsidies. Once the money dries up, these projects are likely to fail, leaving the American public to pick up the tab.
The surge in oil prices is not just a concern for those who drive cars or heat their homes; it's an inflationary time bomb. Tamas Varga, an oil broker at PVM, warns that a rally toward $100 could bring renewed inflationary pressure, impacting both economic and oil demand growth. This is particularly concerning for low-income Americans who are already struggling to make ends meet.
The Biden administration's green energy policies are not just misguided; they are a recipe for economic disaster. By focusing on green energy at the expense of traditional energy sources, the administration is wiping out the progress made by the past four administrations in energy policy. As oil prices continue to rise and the SPR remains dangerously low, it's time for a serious reevaluation of the administration's energy policies before it's too late.

Ken Paxton's Explosive Interview on Tucker Carlson
If you've been following the political drama unfolding in Texas, particularly the recent impeachment trial of Attorney General Ken Paxton, then you won't want to miss his recent appearance on Tucker Carlson's show. The interview is a rollercoaster of revelations, accusations, and insights that you won't get anywhere else.
Paxton, who was acquitted by the Texas Senate on all 16 articles of impeachment, starts off by discussing the gag order that was placed on him during the trial. This limited his ability to publicly defend himself, making this interview one of his first opportunities to fully share his side of the story. He delves into the complexities of prosecuting voter fraud cases in Texas, revealing that his opponents went as far as to argue in court that the Attorney General's office doesn't have the authority to prosecute voter fraud—a shocking claim that raises questions about the integrity of our electoral system.
But it's not just the legal battles that make this interview a must-watch; it's also Paxton's candid discussion about the political dynamics within Texas. Despite being a Republican stronghold, he points out that the Texas House is effectively controlled by Democrats. This is due to a group of 10 Republicans, handpicked by Democrats, who have the power to select the Speaker of the House. This revelation is particularly alarming for conservatives who have long considered Texas to be a bastion of Republican values.
Adding another layer of intrigue, Paxton hints at the possibility of running for Senate in Texas. If true, this could significantly shake up the political landscape and offer a new direction for conservative leadership in the state. He also doesn't hold back in his criticism of political strategist Karl Rove, accusing him of a ruthless strategy that targets individuals without any regard for the fallout.
Perhaps the most explosive part of the interview is Paxton's belief that his impeachment was a "Biden hit job," coordinated by the Biden Administration and liberal House Speaker Dade Phelan. This is a serious accusation that gains some credence when you consider that despite a majority of House Republicans voting for his impeachment, the Senate acquitted him on all counts.
The interview also touches on the deep divisions within the Republican Party, revealed during the impeachment trial. Paxton suggests that some establishment Republicans may have been working in cahoots with the whistleblowers who testified against him. This internal strife within the GOP is something that conservatives need to be aware of, especially as we approach future elections.
So, if you're interested in the future of conservative politics, the integrity of our electoral system, or just the ongoing political drama in the Lone Star State, this interview is essential viewing. Ken Paxton's candid conversation with Tucker Carlson offers a rare glimpse into the challenges, controversies, and political machinations that are shaping Texas and, by extension, the nation. Don't miss it.
